Refund policy
This is the refund policy for the guides sold through The IVF Calculator at ivfcalculator.org. It is written to be read rather than to protect us — so if any of it is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain words.

The short version
- Read both guides. If they don't tell you something you didn't already know — something you can actually use — you can have your money back.
- 30 days from purchase, no questions asked.
- Email us and we will refund you in full. You don't have to give a reason.
What you get back
Everything you paid, in full. There are no partial refunds and no store credit — it is just your money back.
How long you have
30 days from the date of purchase — counted from when you bought, not from when you started reading. If you are inside that window, you are covered.
How to ask
Email us from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt. That is genuinely all it takes.
You do not have to give a reason, justify it, or explain yourself. A one-line email is fine.
How we process it
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Once we confirm your request, they refund the original payment method — the card or account you paid with.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If it has been longer than that and you haven't seen it, email us and we will chase it with them.
Because the guides are digital
You don't need to delete anything, return anything, or prove you read them. We would rather you kept the $47 than kept a guide you didn't use.
If a file won't open or is damaged
That is on us, not you. Email us and we will fix the download or refund you — whichever you prefer.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date below. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made — the terms you bought under stay yours.
